Position: Process Engineering

Salary Range: 15-30tr

Location: Bac Giang

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and improve production processes, analyze defects, enhance quality and productivity, and reduce costs.
• Provide solutions to optimize production yield and capacity while coordinating with teams such as quality, production, customers, and vendors.
• Facilitate the introduction of new products into mass production and ensure continuous improvements.
• Optimize production processes and tooling to maximize efficiency and output.
• Develop and maintain process control documentation, including WI, SOP, BOM, ECN, and labor hour tracking.
• Conduct verifications and Design of Experiments (DOE) to improve processes, addressing quality and efficiency challenges in manufacturing.
• Perform other assigned tasks as required.

RBA Responsibilities

Understand and adhere to RBA guidelines, report issues, and provide improvement suggestions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree on Mechanical or Electronics Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in cable assembly manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of process improvement tools, quality control systems, and equipment management.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Office software and statistical analysis tools.
• Ability to read English and communicate in spoken Chinese is required.

Working Conditions:

- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)

- 13th salary month+ bonus

- Probation period: 2 months

- Annual leave: 12 days per year.
