Position: Senior Process Engineer

Salary Range: VND 32-38 mil (not including OT)

Location: Hai Duong

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish new production lines, including setup of equipment, tooling, jigs, fixtures, indirect materials, standard time, and manufacturing instructions.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce cycle time and costs.
• Collaborate with quality engineers to improve and maintain product quality.
• Oversee daily process flow, responding promptly to any quality or control deviations.
• Supervise PE technicians in tasks such as drafting manufacturing instructions and designing jigs and fixtures.
• Ensure all processes, machinery, and tooling meet safety standards.
• Comply with safety procedures and guidelines established by the safety committee.
• Design and optimize line layouts for better workflow and space utilization.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree or higher, preferably in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience at PE position in PCBA (SMT) manufacturing companies or 5 years of experience at PE position in electronics/ automative manufacturing environment.
• Knowledgeable in TS16949, SPC, and ISO9000 standards.
• Familiar with ISO14001, OHSAS18001, and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) documentation.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

WORKING CONDITIONS: 

• Working hours: Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)
• Competitive salary and housing allowance.
• OT salary from 5 to 6 mil per month.
• 13th salary month.
