SCM Manager

 Job Description:

Position: SCM Manager

Salary Range: up to 2000USD

Location: Bac Giang

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop the annual production and sales plan based on the plants medium and long-term development strategy, in coordination with the sales forecast from the business department (marketing, sales, customer service). Assist the finance department in creating the annual budget, including production planning, material procurement planning/forecasting, equipment capacity planning, and workforce planning.
  • Work closely with the business department (marketing, sales, customer service) to establish a monthly production plan, monitor its implementation, and regularly track progress.
  • Formulate strategic material procurement plans in alignment with company objectives and oversee their execution.
  • Ensure timely delivery performance and prepare reports on on-time delivery rates.
  • Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, HR, Finance, and other departments to effectively implement the production schedule and achieve annual targets.
  • Oversee warehouse planning and management, define and update warehouse management standards, and collaborate with the planning and purchasing departments to manage material storage (raw materials, auxiliary materials, and finished goods). Optimize inventory management to minimize stock levels while ensuring smooth production operations.
  • Manage the logistics department, establish and refine logistics management standards, and coordinate with planning, purchasing, and warehouse departments to ensure efficient internal control. Supervise logistics operations and liaise with external partners, including customs and freight forwarding services.
  • Identify inefficiencies within internal processes, develop corresponding solutions, and drive continuous process improvements.

RBA Responsibilities

  • Understand and uphold the rights and obligations related to RBA (Responsible Business Alliance).
  • Monitor RBA standard implementation in the factory, provide recommendations for improvement, and execute necessary changes.
  • Ensure that RBA strategies, objectives, and requirements are effectively communicated to all relevant staff.
  • Collaborate with internal audit teams, propose improvement plans, and provide regular updates on implementation progress.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors degree or higher, preferably in Engineering or Logistics.
  • At least 8 years of experience in planning, material control, and logistics, with 3-5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of factory operations and supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in ERP management software and its application in enterprise operations.
  • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to engage in direct conversations with foreign partners.

Working Conditions:

- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)

- 13th salary month+ bonus

- Probation period: 2 months

- Annual leave: 12 days per year.
