Position Overview:
The Sales IT position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth through IT products and services. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and sales expertise to understand
customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the IT sector.
- Identify and approach potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored IT solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
- Present and demonstrate IT products, software, and services to clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Requirements:

- At least 2 years of sales experience in the Software Development Services industry, targeting the Japanese market.
- Basic understanding of the software development process and software systems.
- Strong communication skills, including consulting, presenting, persuading, problemsolving, and adaptability.
- For non-Japanese candidates: Confident Japanese communication skills with native speakers (N1 certification required).
- Professional appearance and confident demeanor.
- Ability to report, communicate, and work with others to solve problems.
- Proactive in collecting and organizing information, and skilled at creating and managing plans.
Optional Skills:

- Intermediate English communication skills.
- Comfortable with challenges, with a positive attitude and a desire to grow.
- Enthusiastic about taking on difficult tasks.
Benefits:

Starting fixed annual salary: 3,000,000 Yen to 5,000,000 Yen.
