Finance Manager

 Job Description:

Position: Finance Manager

Salary Range: up to 3000USD

Location: Bac Giang

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the finance team in managing the monthly closing process, ensuring timely completion in accordance with corporate deadlines.
  • Lead monthly financial forecasting and develop a three-year budget and strategic plan aligned with company objectives.
  • Establish cost estimation methods, conduct cost variance analysis, and implement cost control measures while assisting the Sourcing Manager in cost reduction initiatives.
  • Review and authorize purchase and payment requests.
  • Collaborate closely with the Financial Controller to support business and strategic decision-making, assess P&L performance, and provide valuable cost analysis and strategic recommendations to management.
  • Supervise financial analysis activities, advise the Financial Controller on key financial matters, and propose proactive and corrective solutions.
  • Work in partnership with the Plant Manager and department heads to support financial planning, budget management, and continuous process improvements.
  • Build and maintain a high-performing finance team, mentor and manage staff, and ensure effective internal communication.
  • Assist with internal and external audits and oversee the implementation of post-audit action plans.

RBA Responsibilities:

  • Understand and uphold the rights and obligations associated with RBA (Responsible Business Alliance).
  • Monitor the implementation of RBA standards in the factory, propose enhancements, and drive improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure that RBA strategies, objectives, and requirements are clearly communicated to all relevant staff.
  • Support internal audit processes, suggest corrective actions, and provide regular progress reports.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  • Minimum of five years of experience at the same position in finance or accounting, preferably with exposure to reporting, costing, and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English (Chinese is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP reporting standards.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and ERP accounting software.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills

Working Conditions:

- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)

- 13th salary month+ bonus

- Probation period: 2 months

- Annual leave: 12 days per year.
