Position: IT Engineer

Salary Range: 800 USD and up

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Troubleshoot network issues, including IP tracing, performance metrics, and log review in Windows or Firewalls.

- Provide support for resolving issues with networks, PCs, software, printers, and Wi-Fi.

- Handle the installation, configuration, and maintenance of PCs, Macs, Wi-Fi, network equipment, and printers, ensuring they meet the companys specifications.

- Act as the main IT helpdesk contact (Level 1 & 2 support), managing troubleshooting, purchasing, asset tracking, and IT audits.

- Ensure IT practices are aligned with company policies regarding security, connectivity, and the use of tools.

- Conduct audits, monitor, and manage IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and IT items inventory in accordance with system plans.

- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- At least 1 year of proven hands-on experience in network engineering (fresh graduates may also be considered).

- Have understanding of networking protocols such as IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, and QoS.

- Familiar with the OSI or TCP/IP model, network topology diagrams, PC assembly, printer driver installation, and Wi-Fi setup.

- Knowledge and experience with at least one system administration platform: Microsoft Windows 2019 Server, VMWare, Ubuntu, or other Linux systems.

- Practical experience with network monitoring, diagnostic, and analytics tools.

- Language proficiency: General English skills (verbal, written, and reading) or general Mandarin skills (verbal)

Working Conditions:

- Working hours: Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM 5:00 PM).

- The company does not provide shuttle bus or dormitories. For candidates who living far away, housing rental support is offered.

- 13th-month salary, 12 days of annual leave.
