Position: Logistics Specialist

Salary Range: USD 700-1000

Location: Bac Giang

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Confirm transportation methods and pickup dates with forwarders, book cargo space, and follow up on arrangements.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, OBA, and Planning teams to ensure timely shipment pickups.
• Optimize logistics costs through efficient transportation planning.
• Manage clearance exceptions by analyzing causes, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with import/export regulations.
• Provide guidance and solutions to relevant departments on international logistics and customs clearance matters.
• Support the Supervisor in managing the Vietnam teams import shipments and customs handbook operations.
• Oversee Vietnam Customs handbook activities, including applications, modifications, and cancellations, to minimize business disruptions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure bonded materials' data and physical inventory comply with customs regulations.
• Oversee daily customs E-book and system operations, ensuring data consistency with customs records and handbook balances.
• Handle monthly domestic tax payments imposed by customs.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of work experience, with a minimum of 3 years in Customs bonded handbook operations.
• Strong proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• In-depth knowledge of Customs laws and regulations, with expertise in import/export declaration and inspection procedures.
• Familiarity with MS Office and ERP systems.

Working Conditions:

- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)

- 13th salary month+ bonus

- Probation period: 2 months

- Annual leave: 12 days per year.
