Position: CNC Team Leader

Salary Range: ~ VND 25,000,000 (negotiation)

Location: Long An

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Organize and lead the CNC team to implement production plans effectively and achieve assigned targets.
• Allocate tasks logically, considering order urgency, staff availability, and machine readiness.
• Enhance product quality, refine machining methods, and improve production efficiency, while strictly adhering to safety protocols.
• Identify suitable machines for new product processing, develop machining techniques, and plan tool requirements.
• Provide hands-on training and guidance in CNC operations; monitor team training progress and conduct performance evaluations.
• Continuously refine CNC programs and machining workflows; communicate improvements during team meetings.
• Perform daily safety inspections and 5S audits to maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team culture; support conflict resolution and regularly update supervisors on team dynamics and progress.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by upper management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Age between 25 and 40 years old.
• High school graduate or higher; candidates with a background in Mechanical Engineering or related fields are preferred.
• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in CNC lathe machining, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Skilled in independently debugging CNC lathes, editing programs, switching products, and adjusting tools.
• Proficient in using measurement instruments such as micrometers, calipers, rulers, 2D/3D measuring machines, and gloss/roughness testers.
• Strong sense of responsibility, proactive work attitude, with excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Candidates with experience operating CNC lathes from Tsugami (BO123/124/125/126 models) will be given priority.

Working Conditions:

- Shuttle bus from HCM to factory

- Working hours: Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)

- 13th salary month

- Social Insurance: full salary

- Annual leave: 12 days per year.
