Job Description:
Position: Amazon Sales Channel Management
Salary Range: VND 15,000,000-18,000,000 +commission (20- 40mil gross based on revenue)
Location: Hanoi
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.1. Human Resources Strategy Planning
- Plan the organizational structure, functions, and responsibilities of each position within the team.
- Review and evaluate performance, policies, and periodic procedures for each position within the team.
- Evaluate and approve work processes and work instructions.
- Regularly train team members.
1.2. Sales Strategy Planning
- Plan annual sales targets based on revenue and output.
- Develop strategies for new products.
- Evaluate marketing strategies on an annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly basis.
1.3. Sales Activities
- Responsible for researching new products and implementing plans for product launches.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure sufficient inventory.
- Analyze and evaluate reports and marketing optimization plans.
- Analyze and evaluate reports and listing optimization plans.
- Regularly analyze and evaluate business performance results.
1.4. After-Sales Activities
- Regularly analyze and evaluate customer complaints and resolutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree or higher in relevant fields such as International Marketing, E-commerce, International Business, International Economics, or equivalent disciplines.
- At least 2 years of management experience on platforms such as Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, Home Depot, Tiktok, Shopee, etc.
- Proficient in English (preferably English with IELTS score of 6.5 or higher).
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Team management and training skills.
- Ability to prepare management reports and set goals.
- Ability to work under high pressure, adaptability, and creativity in work
Working Conditions:
- Working hours: Monday to Friday + 2 Saturday (8:30 AM 17:30 PM), lunch break: 1 hour 30 minutes.
