Position: Sale Engineer (Technical Sales)

Salary Range: up to 30mil (negotiation)

Location: Ha Noi or Ho Chi Minh Office 

Reason for recruitment: New recruitment to focus on finding customers from China and Taiwan. China and Taiwan.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Possess in-depth knowledge of the system and introduce it to customers; identify how products and services can be designed or customized to meet customer needs; stay updated on market trends and project information.

- Responsible for the marketing and sales of the company's technology, including WTP/WWTP, maintenance services, chemicals, spare parts, equipment, and components.

- Prepare forecasts, develop strategic plans, and implement them to achieve company targets.

- Engage in consultative sales: focus on understanding the clients problems and demonstrating how the product or service can provide a solution; present the product and allow customers to determine its benefits; advise customers on optimal usage of provided products or services.

- Retain existing clients while also attracting and securing new customers; assist clients in resolving any issues that arise post-installation.

- Build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with customers and maintain a comprehensive customer database.

- Meet and exceed regional sales targets, contributing to the companys growth strategy.

- Negotiate complex contract terms and conditions.

- Report on sales performance, market forecasts, competitor activities, key industry insights, and customer feedback.

- Stay updated on relevant environmental laws and regulations to enhance business operations.

- Coordinate with proposal, design, and operations departments to prioritize tasks and enhance customer service, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, strategies, and account plans.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Relevant degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

- More than 1 years of experience at Technical Sale Engineer in the field of chemicals, wastewater treatment,... Or candidates who have customer relationships with Chinese, Taiwanese, Hong Kong business customer and are passionate about working in the position of Technical Sales.

- Chinese or Taiwan people is preferable.

- Proficiency in Chinese.

- AutoCAD skills are preferable.

Working Conditions:

- Working hours: Monday to Friday and first Saturday of the month (8:00 AM 5:30 PM). Lunch time: 1 hours.

- The company provide shuttle bus for employees.

- 13th month salary (fix) + bonus from 0.5 month to 2 month of basic salary (excluded housing allowance) to be paid by the end of December, which depend on business situation.

- 12 days of per year, company trip.
