Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain facility systems, including electrical systems, water supply, compressed air, and HVAC systems
• Monitor daily facility operations to ensure stability, safety, and efficiency
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for all technical systems
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for installation, repair, and maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
• Support factory setup activities related to facility systems (if required)
• Prepare reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation
• Identify and implement improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and reduce costs
• Respond promptly to emergencies or system failures to minimize downtime

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in facility roles in manufacturing companies
• Experience in electronics manufacturing companies is highly preferred
• Good knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, and utility systems
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Good command of English (both written and spoken)
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
