1. Job Description

   • Lead and manage the plant quality system in compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and customer requirements.

   • Manage customer complaints, lead 8D activities and improve customer quality performance.

   • Ensure effective implementation of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA and SPC. Monitor process quality, reduce PPM, scrap, rework and improve First Pass Yield.

   • Work closely with NPD, PE, Production and Supply Chain for new product development and launches.

   • Develop and lead the Quality team, set KPIs and drive performance improvement.

   • Drive continuous improvement and promote a Zero Defect culture across the plant.

2. Requirements

   • Degree: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related field.

   • Experience: 15+ years in Quality, with at least 3 - 5 years in Quality Manager / leadership role.

   • Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D and other quality tools.

   • Experience in Wiring Harness, Lockset, automotive components or similar manufacturing is preferred.

   • Good communication, analytical, leadership and problem-solving skills.

   • Good command of English.

   • Preferred candidate: Automotive / Automotive Components – top priority. Tier 1 / Tier 2 automotive suppliers with experience working with OEM customers. Wiring Harness manufacturing. Candidates from high-volume manufacturing with strong IATF 16949 and quality management experience are preferred.
