Production Manager (Concentrated Fruit)

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, product quality, and compliance with international food safety standards.

  • Manage daily production operations to ensure productivity, efficiency, and consistent product quality
  • Develop and implement production processes, quality standards, and food safety procedures
  • Ensure compliance with international standards (IFS, FSSC, HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, BRC, FDA, Halal, etc.)
  • Plan and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual production schedules in alignment with business demand
  • Monitor production performance and adjust plans to optimize output and minimize downtime
  • Lead, train, and develop the production team; drive performance and continuous improvement
  • Oversee quality control throughout the production process to ensure compliance with standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Warehouse, Logistics, Sales/Marketing) to ensure timely delivery
  • Analyze production data and prepare reports to support operational improvements and decision-making

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, or related fields
  • 3–5 years of experience in food manufacturing, preferably in fruit juice or beverage production
  • Strong knowledge of production processes and food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, BRC, etc.)
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Good communication and coordination skills
