The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, product quality, and compliance with international food safety standards.
- Manage daily production operations to ensure productivity, efficiency, and consistent product quality
- Develop and implement production processes, quality standards, and food safety procedures
- Ensure compliance with international standards (IFS, FSSC, HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, BRC, FDA, Halal, etc.)
- Plan and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual production schedules in alignment with business demand
- Monitor production performance and adjust plans to optimize output and minimize downtime
- Lead, train, and develop the production team; drive performance and continuous improvement
- Oversee quality control throughout the production process to ensure compliance with standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Warehouse, Logistics, Sales/Marketing) to ensure timely delivery
- Analyze production data and prepare reports to support operational improvements and decision-making
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, or related fields
- 3–5 years of experience in food manufacturing, preferably in fruit juice or beverage production
- Strong knowledge of production processes and food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, BRC, etc.)
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Good communication and coordination skills
