Amazon Manager (US Market, Open for Expats)

 Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own full P&L of the Amazon US channel (revenue, cost, profitability)
  • Develop and execute growth strategy aligned with company objectives
  • Set and manage revenue, margin, and investment plans
  • Ensure achievement of aggressive growth targets
  • Manage end-to-end Amazon FBA operations
  • Oversee inventory planning, demand forecasting, and supply chain
  • Lead Amazon Ads (PPC, DSP) and optimize key metrics (ACOS, TACOS, Conversion Rate)
  • Optimize listings (SEO, A+ Content, Storefront) and account health
  • Define product portfolio strategy for the US market
  • Collaborate with Product/R&D teams to ensure product-market fit
  • Identify new product opportunities and lead launches
  • Monitor market trends and competitor landscape
  • Analyze business performance and marketing effectiveness
  • Build dashboards and generate insights to optimize P&L
  • Drive data-driven decision making across the channel
  • Build and lead Amazon team (3–5 members)
  • Manage agencies and external partners
  • Drive performance culture and cross-functional collaboration

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Amazon FBA
  • Proven track record scaling Amazon business to $5M+ annual revenue
  • Strong expertise in Amazon ecosystem (FBA, PPC, SEO, inventory)
  • Experience in D2C brands or international ecommerce is preferred
  • Strong business ownership mindset (P&L-driven)
  • Strategic thinking & execution capability
  • Data-driven decision making
  • Leadership and team management
