We are currently hiring an Admin Supervisor.  

- Working for a manufacturing company located in Thuan Thanh III Industrial Park, Bac Ninh.

- The company provides shuttle buses from Hanoi and Bac Ninh City.

1/Job Description:

• Take full responsibility for and manage all administrative functions of the factory, including but not limited to:
• Administrative procedures and documentation for expatriates, including visas, work permits, temporary residence cards, renewals, etc.
• Canteen management: vendor coordination, service quality, and cost control.
• Management of company vehicles, shuttle buses, and related transportation services.
• Management of office supplies, administrative assets, housekeeping, and cleaning services.
• Liaise with administrative service providers and relevant government authorities when required.
• Develop, review, and continuously improve administrative policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and cost control.
• Supervise, assign, and evaluate the performance of administrative staff (if any).
• Coordinate closely with internal departments and report directly to the Board of Management / HR Manager.

2/Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in an Admin Supervisor/Manager or equivalent role within a large-scale manufacturing environment.
• Solid knowledge of factory administration operations, especially expatriate management and general administrative services.
• Good command of English for daily work; Chinese language proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Bachelors degree or higher, preferably in Administration, Business Management, Human Resources, Languages, or related fields.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, proactiveness, and ability to work under pressure.

3/ Benefits:

• Company shuttle bus on the following routes:
  Pham Hung – Tam Trinh; Pham Van Dong – Viet Hung, Long Bien; Bac Ninh City
• Working schedule: Monday to Friday; weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)
• Overtime (OT): Overtime hours will be converted into compensatory leave
• Salary: VND 33–38 million (gross, negotiable based on experience)
