Position: Sales Manager

Location: Nam Dinh

1/ Job Description:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sustainable growth.
  • Analyze market trends, customer demands, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build, maintain, and expand relationships with key clients including garment manufacturers, retailers, and distributors.
  • Actively seek and develop new customers and markets within the dyeing and printing industry.
  • Drive revenue growth by achieving or exceeding assigned sales targets and profitability goals.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
  • Recruit, train, lead, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's dyeing and printing services, production capabilities, and competitive advantages.
  • Communicate technical features and service benefits clearly and effectively to customers.
  • Coordinate closely with production and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Handle and resolve customer concerns related to production schedules, quality, or service issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

2/ Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Textile Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the textile, dyeing, or printing industry.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of textile industry processes, trends, and standards is an advantage.
  • Fluent in Chinese; English proficiency is a strong advantage.

  • Working time: Monday – Saturday
  • Salary: USD 2,500 – 3,000
