Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning systems, air handling units (AHU), water chiller systems, and ventilation systems.
• Perform diagnostic testing and measurements using equipment such as temperature sensors, pressure sensors, and solenoid valves.
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities, including filter replacement, coil cleaning, periodic inspections, and refrigerant level checks.
• Propose maintenance plans and recommend spare parts required for maintenance activities.
• Comply with safety procedures, including LOTO procedures, safe work practices, and company regulations.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications

Education

• Intermediate degree or higher in Industrial Refrigeration, HVAC, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience working in the industrial refrigeration or HVAC field, preferably in factory environments.

Knowledge Requirements

• Knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair procedures.
• Knowledge of measurement and instrumentation devices such as flow meters, pressure transmitters, level sensors, and temperature sensors.
• HVAC certification is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints.
• Experience working in coffee manufacturing plants is an advantage.
