Project Investment & Management Associate/ Senior Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage large-scale real estate or industrial manufacturingprojects from inception to completion, ensuring all project objectives are met within scope, time, and budget.
• Deal Advisory: Provide expert advice on deals, including feasibility studies, risk assessments, and financial analysis, to support strategic decision-making.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements and project financial models to evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, contractors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams to ensure clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Reporting: Prepare and present detailed project reports, including progress updates, financial performance, and risk assessments, to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Have 3-7 years working in deal advisory or management consulting at a Big 4/ big 3 firm, a top-tier / 2nd tier bank, or a financial institution in the field of real estate or industrial manufacturing
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements and financial modeling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to create financial statements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
