KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Brand & Integrated Campaign Management
- Own and drive the evolution and execution of Finan (including SBH)s brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all channels and customer touchpoints for a horizontal product and service portfolio.
- Plan, lead, and manage end-to-end brand campaigns, including product launches, brand awareness initiatives, event activations, and large-scale PR efforts.
- Develop and manage campaign calendars, detailed timelines, and tightly controlled budgets.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, consolidate reports, and continuously optimize execution based on data (ROI, reach, engagement).
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Content teams to ensure consistent product messaging, brand narrative, and user experience across all branded initiatives.
2. Strategic Partnership GTM & Activation
- Proactively build, manage, and scale strategic marketing partnerships with banks, FinTech companies, payment providers, and key SME partners (e.g., industry associations, merchant networks).
- Design and execute joint Go-To-Market strategies, co-branding initiatives, and collaborative marketing programs that leverage partner channels to drive user acquisition and retention for SBH.
- Plan, execute, and manage GTM campaigns, partnership activations, educational workshops, training sessions, and pilot programs in close coordination with the Business Development team.
- Coordinate and oversee all partnership-related marketing activities (Digital, PR, Events, Activations), ensuring internal alignment with Business Development (Key Accounts) and Customer Service teams.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as the central communication hub to ensure strong alignment between Marketing, Product, Business Development, and Internal Operations teams on all campaign and GTM execution activities.
- Ensure all brand and partnership initiatives are delivered in line with strategic objectives, on schedule, and within approved budgets.
- Perform other duties as required to support business needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Banking, FinTech, Payments, Lending, or SME-focused SaaS environments.
- Hands-on experience in Brand Marketing, Integrated Campaign Management, and Partnership Marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and structure marketing components of strategic co-branding agreements with large financial institutions.
- Proven track record of building and executing GTM programs with strategic B2B partners or financial institutions.
- Experience working with partnership-led growth models.
- Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and parallel projects.
- Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset; comfortable operating in ambiguity and iterative build-test-optimize cycles.
- High sense of ownership, acting as a true brand and business owner rather than a task executor.
- Solid understanding of startup and fintech environments, including fast-paced execution and frequent change.

BENEFITS & COMPENSATION:

Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM) and Saturday mornings.

Allowances: Lunch allowance of VND 30,000/day; mobile phone allowance of VND 350,000/month.
Insurance: Full social insurance coverage based on 100% of gross salary.

Bonus: 13th-month salary or performance-based bonus.
