• Client and Candidate Understanding:
• Gain a deep understanding of job requirements, company culture, and candidate profiles to ensure the best matches.
• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities, focusing on target industries or specific roles to expand the client base.
• Search for, screen, and interview potential candidates, thoroughly assessing their experience, skills, and career aspirations.
• Provide tailored career advice and recommend suitable job opportunities, guiding candidates through the application process and interview preparations.
• Facilitate negotiations between clients and candidates, ensuring mutual satisfaction. Follow up post-placement to ensure smooth integration and satisfaction.
• Offer strategic HR consulting to clients, addressing their broader talent acquisition and workforce planning needs.

2. Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in any relevant field.
• Proficiency in Business English.
• Previous experience in recruitment, sales or related fields is preferred.
• Proactive and results-driven with the ability to independently improve productivity.
• Open to learning and adapting with a creative mindset.
• Proficient in database management and information sharing.
• Capable of working autonomously while contributing to team goals and collaboration.
