JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage and operate internal communication channels, fanpages, and other company media platforms; create content and coordinate the activities of the Media team.
• Plan, organize, and implement corporate culture activities and internal events to enhance employee engagement and morale.
• Receive, process, and coordinate the resolution of issues, feedback, or complaints related to internal activities and company culture.
• Monitor, implement, and update corporate culture improvement programs in accordance with the Group's orientation, standards, and plans.
• Coordinate with various departments to promote activities that build a positive working environment and enhance the employee experience.
• Consolidate and report on the progress of internal communication and cultural activities as requested by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Degree in Public Relations (PR), Communications, Journalism, Broadcasting, Marketing, Multimedia Communications, or equivalent fields.
• Experience:
  • Experience working in roles related to internal communications, corporate culture, event organization, content management, or brand development.
  • Experience in planning and executing corporate culture activities, programs, and events.
• Skills:
  • Strong media content management skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with the Media team and related departments.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Language: Proficient in Chinese (equivalent to HSK 5 or above), with the ability to use Chinese for work and daily communication with relevant departments.

WORKING CONDITIONS & BENEFITS

• Work Location: Hai Duong
• Salary: ~ 20 – 28 million VND
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday + 2 Saturday mornings per month.
• 13th-month salary and 12 days of annual leave.
• Social Insurance (BHXH) in accordance with state regulations, with contributions starting from the probation period.
• Salary review and promotion opportunities twice a year.
