Sales & Marketing Manager

Location: KCN An Phat, Hai Duong / Hai Phong, Vietnam

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and acquire new customers in key industries including automotive, medical devices, industrial electronics, and consumer technology.
  • Manage the full sales cycle for new accounts, from initial contact, capability presentation, RFQ handling, negotiation to contract closure.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, particularly Japanese customers, building long-term, trust-based strategic partnerships.
  • Lead and support technical discussions with customers, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and translated into actionable project plans.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (engineering, supply chain, project management) to ensure smooth project handover and successful execution.
  • Monitor the Vietnam EMS market, including competitor activities, pricing trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Gather customer feedback and work with internal teams to drive continuous improvement in service quality and product offerings.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development within EMS, ODM, or OEM industries.
  • Proven B2B sales track record in EMS or related sectors such as electronic components or contract manufacturing.
  • Experience working with Japanese companies or Japanese customers is highly preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes, including PCBA, SMT, testing, and supply chain operations.
  • Strong self-motivation, proactive mindset, and entrepreneurial can-do attitude.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Business-fluent proficiency in Japanese and English (spoken and written).
  • Willingness to travel as required by business needs.

Working Conditions & Benefits

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday and 2 Saturdays per month, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Salary & benefits: Competitive salary with housing allowance.
  • Bonus: Annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
