Job Description:
Position: Human Resources Director (Chinese and English)
Location: Hai Duong
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Human Resources Strategy & Management
- Develop and implement medium- and long-term human resources strategies aligned with the company's development strategy.
- Act as a human resources advisor to the Board of Directors on organizational, human resources, corporate culture, and compliance issues.
- Plan the organizational structure and staffing levels for the production and office departments.
2. Recruitment & Talent Development
- Manage all recruitment activities from workers and engineers to managers and senior executives.
- Develop strategies to attract and retain talent in a large-scale production environment. Develop training programs, succession planning, and management development.
3. Compensation & Benefits (C&B) – Policies & Benefits
- Develop and manage a competitive and legally compliant salary, bonus, and benefits system. Design and implement a performance evaluation system (KPIs/OKRs).
- Manage and control the human resources budget effectively.
4. Labor Relations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and relevant international standards.
- Work with labor unions, handle labor disputes, and maintain a stable work environment. Ensure compliance with audit requirements such as Apple, international clients, ISO, and SA8000.
5. Apple Supply Chain & Audit Coordinate the implementation of human resources and labor ethics standards as required by the Apple Supplier Code of Conduct.
- Prepare and participate in customer audits, social audits, and internal audits.
- Continuously improve the human resources system according to global supply chain standards.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience working in a similar position (HR Director or Senior HR Manager) in a large-scale manufacturing company.
- Proficient in English and Chinese (required).
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in the Apple supply chain or large corporations in the electronics, components, and technology sectors. In-depth understanding of labor law, labor relations, compensation and benefits, and strategic human resource management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
