ACCOUNT MANAGER (IT / BFSI / Hanoi)

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and develop relationships with new clients; drive business opportunities for IT products and solutions serving customers in the Banking & Finance, Securities, and Insurance sectors.
• Manage, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing clients; regularly update and track comprehensive customer information.
• Take full responsibility for achieving assigned sales targets in line with the approved business plan.

• Coordinate closely with relevant internal teams throughout the contract implementation and execution process to ensure project progress and service quality commitments to clients.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in project-based sales of IT products/solutions, preferably within the Banking & Finance, Securities, or Insurance (BFSI) sectors.

• Preference for candidates with a solid understanding of banking and financial operations and processes.
• Good command of English.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, negotiation, sales, and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work independently with a proactive mindset, high sense of responsibility, and strong work enthusiasm.
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting performance demands in a business-driven environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly income: Base salary + KPI bonus (20% of monthly salary) + sales commission; total compensation package of up to 27 months salary per year.
