Admin / HR Asisstant Manager (Xuân Sơn)
Job Description:
HR & Admin Manager/ Assistant Manager
I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment activities to ensure timely hiring for production and office positions.
- Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits administration in compliance with Vietnamese labor law.
- Ensure proper implementation of labor regulations, internal policies, and disciplinary procedures.
- Lead performance management processes including KPI setting and annual performance reviews.
- Handle employee relations matters, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive working environment.
- Support workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and organizational development.
- Manage training and development programs for employees and supervisors.
- Oversee administrative functions including office management, security, transportation, canteen, and facility services.
- Ensure compliance with labor law, safety regulations, and internal company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and provide strategic HR insights to Management.
- Lead and develop HR & Admin team members.
II. REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a similar managerial position in a manufacturing company.
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Experience managing HR operations for companies with 200+ employees is highly preferred.
- Good command of English
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
