Admin / HR Asisstant Manager (Xuân Sơn)

 Job Description:

HR & Admin Manager/ Assistant Manager

I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment activities to ensure timely hiring for production and office positions.
  • Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits administration in compliance with Vietnamese labor law.
  • Ensure proper implementation of labor regulations, internal policies, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Lead performance management processes including KPI setting and annual performance reviews.
  • Handle employee relations matters, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive working environment.
  • Support workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and organizational development.
  • Manage training and development programs for employees and supervisors.
  • Oversee administrative functions including office management, security, transportation, canteen, and facility services.
  • Ensure compliance with labor law, safety regulations, and internal company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide strategic HR insights to Management.
  • Lead and develop HR & Admin team members.

II. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a similar managerial position in a manufacturing company.
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Experience managing HR operations for companies with 200+ employees is highly preferred.
  • Good command of English
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
