To ensures efficient product development by managing cross-functional teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring quality standards. This role drives the successful introduction of new products, from design to production, while reducing costs and improving efficiency

1. Main Responsibility

• Product Development: Work with cross-functional teams to develop new printing products/processes that meet customer requirements and manufacturing capabilities.
  Project Management: Create project plans, set timelines, and manage resources to ensure timely completion of NPI projects.
• Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of printing technologies and stay updated on industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
• Prototype Creation and Testing: Coordinate prototype development and testing to evaluate performance, quality, and feasibility.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction during the NPI phase.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with standards and customer specifications.
• Supplier Management: Manage relationships with suppliers to source materials, equipment, and services for NPI projects.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed documentation, project reports, and maintain accurate records of milestones and outcomes.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in NPI processes and implement corrective actions.
• Collaboration and Communication: Ensure effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to align objectives and timelines throughout the NPI process

• Site Conversion Rates: 20%
• KPI for Core Responsibilities: 70%
• Other Assignments from Manager: 10%
• Working location: Dai An IZ Expansion, Lai Cach town, Cam Giang district, Hai Duong province.

2. Job Requirements: Main Responsibility

Education & Training:

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Engineering, Printing Technology, or a related field.
  Strong technical knowledge in the implementation of new printing products or processes.
  Experience & Competency:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Printing Technology, or a related field.
  Strong knowledge of printing processes, equipment, and materials.
• Experience in project management and new product introduction.
• Proficiency in CAD/AI software and design tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
