Pricing Supervisor (Sales Administration Team Lead)

Location: Ba Dinh District, Hanoi
Salary: Up to VND 18,000,000 (Gross)

Job Description

  • Supervise schedule, pricing, and cost updates
    Oversee and validate vessel schedules, purchase rates, and input costs prepared by team members before distribution to Sales, Management, Documentation, and Accounting departments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Market and competitor price analysis
    Organize the collection and periodic analysis of market and competitor pricing data; evaluate competitiveness and propose appropriate purchasing price adjustments. Be accountable for explanations and reports to the Department Manager.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance across the team
    Control the quality of operational activities including vessel schedules, cost calculations, shipping documents, receivables, and reports before submission to management or coordination with related departments.
  • Coach, train, and supervise team members
    Guide and monitor team performance to ensure proper handling of documentation, cargo operations, authorization issuance/amendment, especially for complex cargo types and shipping routes.
  • Communicate and monitor information updates to customers and partners
    Verify and implement internal policy or regulation changes, ensuring timely, clear, and consistent communication to customers, agents, and local subcontractors.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Accounting teams on arising matters
    Review debit notes, support receivables management, monitor cash flow, and track input/output data to ensure transparency and provide analysis when required.
  • Support inside sales activities when requested
    Collaborate with related departments to support sales performance while ensuring compliance, avoiding conflicts of interest, and adhering to internal workload allocation principles.
  • Consolidate and analyze revenue, volume, and cost reports
    Monitor operational efficiency by shipment, customer, and assigned sales staff; prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to the Department Manager.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
    Carry out additional duties as required by direct supervisors and senior management.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors degree or higher
  • Major: Economics, Foreign Trade, Transportation, or related fields (preferred)
  • Experience:Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, At least 1 year in a supervisory or training role
  • Languages: English Proficient , Japanese: An advantage
  • IT Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of forwarding, logistics operations, and customer service

       Basic knowledge of customs procedures
