JOB DESCRIPTION

• Project Planning & Execution: Plan, implement, and track the progress of projects and orders from the initial requirement intake phase to final completion, ensuring compliance with quality, schedule, and cost criteria.
• Resource Coordination: Coordinate, allocate, and manage resources across relevant departments—including Production, Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Import-Export—to ensure efficient project operations.
• Client Interface: Serve as the primary point of contact for direct communication with key clients (Apple, Samsung, LG, etc.) to receive requirements, update project status, handle arising issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Documentation Management: Track, control, and manage project dossiers, technical documentation, product standards, and other related records throughout the project lifecycle.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with various departments to analyze problems, propose solutions, and expedite progress whenever unexpected issues arise during project execution.
• Process Improvement: Propose optimization plans for project management processes, production activities, and overall operational efficiency.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Education: College or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Manufacturing, or related fields.
2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management; preference will be given to candidates with experience in a manufacturing plant environment or FDI enterprises.
3. Skills & Competencies:
   • Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to work well under high pressure and multitask effectively.
   • Willingness to participate in training programs in China as required by the business.
   • Fluency in Chinese (equivalent to HSK 5 or above), with the ability to utilize the language proficiently for work discussions and project coordination.
   • Ability to use English for work—especially in direct communication and interaction with foreign clients—is a strong advantage.

WORKING CONDITIONS & BENEFITS

• Working Location: Hai Duong
• Salary: ~ 30 - 50 million VND
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday + 2 Saturday mornings per month.
