Network / Security Consultant (BFSI / Hanoi)

(Network & Cybersecurity Solutions Consultant)

Location: Cau Giay District, Hanoi

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, clarify, and identify customer requirements related to network infrastructure and information security.
• Provide advanced consulting services to customers on overall architecture, solutions, products, technologies, and services in the field of network security.
• Assess customers existing system architecture and information security posture; propose optimized and appropriate solutions.

• Participate in the preparation, review, and validation of technical documentation for tenders and projects.

• Design, develop, and package network and cybersecurity solutions, products, and services in alignment with business strategies.
• Act as a Speaker/Presenter at key industry seminars, workshops, and events related to networking and cybersecurity.
• Research, develop, and continuously enhance solution and technology capabilities in the areas of Network and Information Security.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology or equivalent disciplines.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in consulting on architecture, solutions, products, and technology services in the fields of Networking and Network Security, or in a comparable role.
• Strong expertise in one or more Networking domains (Routing/Switching, SD-WAN, etc.) and Cybersecurity domains (Firewall, XDR, IAM, SIEM, SASE, SOC, DLP, etc.).

• Preference for candidates holding professional or advanced certifications in Networking and Cybersecurity.

• Preference for candidates with experience in consulting and designing network and security architecture models for large-scale enterprises and organizations.

• Good command of English for professional communication.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly income: Base salary + KPI bonus (20% of monthly salary) + commission; total compensation package of up to 18 months salary per year.
• Periodic performance rewards ranging from VND 5–20 million, depending on achievements and award structure (monthly/quarterly/program-based/special performance).
• Bonuses for Holidays, Lunar New Year, Birthdays, and Personal Milestones, totaling up to VND 26,000,000 per person per year, plus 13th-month salary.
