Quality Management 

Location: KCN Đất Đỏ, TP. Hồ Chí Minh

Salary: 30 – 40 million VND/month (Gross)

Job Description

• Develop and implement the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 standards.

• Monitor and ensure the effective implementation of the quality management system across the company.

• Plan, supervise, and report on product quality inspection activities.

• Establish and manage department KPIs to improve quality performance.

• Prepare and maintain documentation for internal and external client audits.

• Coordinate with related departments to resolve quality issues and continuous improvement activities.

• Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Age: 35 – 45 years old.

• Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.

• Strong Excel and statistical analysis/reporting skills.

• Good understanding of technical/quality-related English terminology.

• Knowledge of specialized English terminology

• Experience working with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 systems is required.

• Candidates with experience in hardware or electronics manufacturing are highly preferred.
