Sale Executive (Coating/Material Building)

 Job Description:

1. JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Identify, approach, and develop customers in the construction industry, especially in paint and building materials.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
  • Provide product consultation and customer support throughout the sales and after-sales process.
  • Meet customers and visit construction sites when required to support sales activities.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

2. JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • University graduate.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the construction industry; experience in paint or building materials is an advantage.
  • Good English communication skills, with strong persuasion and customer service abilities.
  • Proficient in office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Dynamic, hardworking, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
  • Professional demeanor when meeting customers and visiting construction sites.
  • Willing to travel for business when required.

3. BENEFITS:

  • Salary: 20-25 million VND + commission + bonus (details to be discussed in interview).
