Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the transfer of new products from development to mass production (NPI)
• Analyze and resolve product abnormalities and issues during production
• Improve production line efficiency, yield, and overall performance
• Verify, evaluate, and improve fixtures and tooling used in the manufacturing process
• Implement and manage engineering change processes
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Engineering) to resolve technical issues
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements:

• College degree or above in Engineering or related fields
• At least 2 years of experience in process engineering or product engineering
• Experience in Cable Assembly industry is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to use data analysis tools effectively
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Positive attitude, hardworking, and team-oriented
• Ability to communicate in English or Chinese
