Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Bit Error Rate Testing (BERT) for high-speed cable and interconnect products
• Analyze signal performance and identify issues affecting data transmission quality
• Troubleshoot test failures and support root cause analysis
• Develop and optimize test setups and methodologies
• Use high-speed test equipment (e.g., BERT systems, oscilloscopes) for validation
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment and fixtures
• Support new product validation and production testing
• Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to improve product performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related fields
• At least 3–6 years of experience in high-speed signal testing or SI-related roles
• Understanding of high-speed signal transmission and Bit Error Rate concepts
• Experience with BERT equipment and high-speed test systems
• Knowledge of signal integrity concepts is a strong advantage
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Good command of English
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
