Job Description:
Role Overview:
The Sales Director is responsible for supporting the development of business plans for the sales department and market expansion, in order to provide optimal solutions to customers and achieve the Company's revenue targets.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage distributors in the region; develop the HVAC SOLUTION shop system.
- Allocate targets to distributors and dealers; plan professional training.
- Implement promotion programs; monitor and manage channel inventory.
- Coordinate with the company's sales strategy to achieve sales targets as set.
- Collaborate with other departments to carry out general company tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Preference given to candidates with a university degree or higher in the field of HVAC.
- At least 05 years of experience in a sales position at the following brands (or their agents/distributors): Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Panasonic, Samsung, LG Electronics, Toshiba Carrier, Hitachi, etc.
- Good understanding of the HVAC market; priority given to candidates who already have a local customer network.
- Priority given to candidates with good English/Chinese communication skills.
- Honest, agile, responsible, able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
