Job Description

• Manage and continuously improve production line performance in terms of quality, output, and efficiency.
• Ensure strict implementation of 5S, ESD, discipline, and safety standards on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Set, monitor, and drive KPIs to achieve targets in quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.
• Train, coach, and develop production team members to enhance overall performance.
• Prepare accurate production reports and perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• College degree or above in Electronics, Production Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, including at least 7 years in production management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English communication.
• Solid knowledge of ISO9000, TS16949, EHS, Lean, and 5S practices.

Working Conditions:

• Working hours: Monday to Friday + 2 Saturday per month (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)
• Competitive salary and housing allowance.
• OT salary from 5 to 6 mil per month.
• Social Insurance in full salary.
• Annual leave: 12 days per year.
