1. Job Description

   • Validate cost inputs with Planning and Production: dispo, dyestuff/chemicals, color intensity, yarn codes, cost elements per cost center (cdc), needle cost, and warehouse and production movements.

   • Calculate product costs by component: yarn, dyestuff, chemicals, finishing, energy and labor.

   • Set cost center tariffs (transformation cost) and upload them to AS400.

   • Reconcile Financial and Cost Accounting, and control CO.GE, COIN and cost center allocation.

   • Build the cost tree for greige, finished and printed fabric.

   • Value inventory and flag obsolete and slow-moving stock.

   • Build and maintain the cost sheet for each article.

   • Update cost sheets promptly when yarn, dyestuff, energy or tariff costs change.

   • Present cost sheet analysis and key cost drivers to the CEO.

   • Calculate selling prices and margins by article, customer and product family, and explain variances against standard.

   • Run price and margin simulations to support Sales on quotations, and flag low-margin or loss-making products.

   • Assess how changes in yarn, dyestuff and energy prices affect cost and margin.

   • Track and report operational KPIs weekly: efficiency, manufacturing losses and production output.

   • Deliver monthly financial analysis to management: sales, product cost vs. sales, cost recipe and inventory position.

   • Monitor consumption of dyestuff/chemicals and spare parts, and highlight deviations that affect cost.

   • Collect sustainability data from all departments (energy, water, chemicals, waste, production volumes, workforce).

   • Calculate the indicators requested by the consultant (e.g., consumption per kg of fabric).

   • Write and issue the sustainability report, following the consultant's advice and framework.

   • Attend meetings with the GD and interpret between the GD and local authorities (Italian, English and Vietnamese).

   • Translate documents, letters and reports between Italian, English and Vietnamese.

   • Prepare meeting notes and follow up on actions with authorities and internal departments.

2. Requirements

   • Education: University graduate.

   • Languages: Excellent spoken and written English (if know Italian is an advantage)

   • Computer skills: AS400, Panthera, Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel.

   • Experience: At least 1 year of experience; candidates with experience in manufacturing companies are preferred.

3. Benefits

   • Salary: upto 40.000.000

   • Working hours: Monday – Friday (08:00 – 17:00), Saturday (08:00 – 12:00)

   • 13th month salary

   • Holiday bonuses (April 30th & May 1st, New Year’s Day, September 2nd): VND 400,000 for employees with less than one year of service; VND 600,000 for employees with more than one year of service

   • Company anniversary bonus (October 3rd): VND 1,000,000 for employees with less than one year of service; VND 2,000,000 for employees with more than two years of service; VND 5,000,000 for employees with five years of service

   • New Year’s lucky money: VND 1,500,000

   • Productivity and quality bonus: VND 18,000,000 – 23,000,000, varying by year. For employees who do not work a full year, the bonus is pro-rated by the exact number of months worked

   • Childcare support for children from 1 month to 6 years old: VND 250,000 per child per month

   • The company pays 100% of 24/7 accident insurance and sickness insurance premiums for employees (no cost to employees)

   • Annual salary review in January

   • Monthly in-kind allowance: choose 2 boxes of instant noodles or 1 box of 180ml fresh milk
