Senior SMT Engineer

 Job Description:

Salary Range: VND 30–35 million (excluding OT)
Location: Hai Duong

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise, coach, and develop SMT/AI technicians to strengthen technical capability and ensure consistent team performance.

  • Manage day-to-day operations of SMT/AI production lines, ensuring optimal efficiency, equipment reliability, and product quality.

  • Perform DFM (Design for Manufacturing) evaluations, design stencils and fixtures, and prepare machine programs for new product or project introductions.

  • Plan and oversee preventive maintenance activities, maintaining accurate and complete documentation for all SMT/AI equipment.

  • Develop and standardize operating procedures, and support the training of operators to improve process stability and consistency.

  • Lead monthly productivity and quality improvement initiatives to enhance output performance and defect reduction.

  • Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and workplace standards within SMT/AI production areas.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

  • Minimum of 4 years of practical experience in SMT/AI engineering within PCB or PCBA manufacturing environments.

  • Strong technical knowledge of SMT/AI processes, equipment, and production workflows.

  • Working proficiency in English for technical communication.

  • Proactive, energetic, and customer-focused, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.

  • Effective communicator with proven problem-solving abilities and hands-on team leadership skills.

WORKING CONDITIONS & BENEFITS

  • Working hours: Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

  • Competitive salary with housing allowance.

  • Overtime allowance ranging from VND 5–6 million per month.

  • 13th-month salary.

  • Full social insurance based on gross salary.

  • Annual leave: 12 days per year.
