Talent Acquisition Manager (Healthcare)

Salary Range: Up to VND 80 million gross

Job Description

  • Develop recruitment plans and take full ownership of end-to-end hiring activities, with a strong focus on key and critical positions, to timely support the companys agile growth strategy.
  • Build, develop, and maintain a strong talent pool through proactive networking and direct engagement, particularly for roles within Business, Marketing, and Market Development functions.
  • Continuously update and manage the recruitment pipeline to ensure a high-quality, stable, and readily available candidate pool for both planned and ad-hoc hiring needs.
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure strong alignment in capability, cultural fit, and long-term development orientation with the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to design and implement employer branding and recruitment communication initiatives across channels such as Website, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Work closely with Operations and Business teams across branches/units to accurately capture recruitment demands and propose effective, practical recruitment strategies.
  • Track, manage, and regularly report recruitment progress to relevant stakeholders and Senior Management.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors (BOD).

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, including at least 2–3 years working in a headhunting firm or in a recruitment management role.
  • Proven recruitment experience in Healthcare, Insurance, or related industries.

  • Strong end-to-end recruitment expertise, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, assessment, pipeline management, and reporting.
  • Ability to work directly with Senior Leadership, translating business needs into effective recruitment strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills, strategic mindset, ability to manage multiple priorities, and perform well under high pressure.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with candidates and internal stakeholders.
