Job description:

• Lead and supervise the Materials Team, ensuring all activities related to materials and equipment are effectively managed.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure materials are delivered on time, in full, and to the correct locations.
• Monitor and control material inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
• Collaborate with Production Dept. and other relevant departments to ensure material availability aligns with the production schedule.
• Support production planning activities and align material supply with the approved production plan.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders for materials and equipment based on production requirements.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory status, material usage, and cost analysis for management review.
• Ensure all material-related deliverables are clearly defined, scheduled, monitored, and completed in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Material Controller in manufacturing companies.
• Solid understanding of material planning, inventory control, and supply chain coordination.
• Proficient in SAP system
• Experience in wiring harness manufacturing is a strong advantage.
• Good command of English
