Key Responsibilities:

• Perform testing and validation for high-speed cable assembly products and cable backplane systems
• Troubleshoot product issues and provide technical support when customers encounter problems
• Conduct signal integrity (SI) research and apply new methods or technologies to support product development
• Develop and utilize MATLAB programs for processing and analyzing test data
• Perform frequency domain and time domain measurements using equipment such as PNA, TDR, and PXI
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment and fixtures to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Work with RF connectors and support PCB/solder-related testing activities
• Support barcode-related testing processes when required
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product performance and testing capability

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electromagnetics Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Signal Integrity or high-speed testing environments
• Solid understanding of electromagnetic fundamentals and transmission line theory
• Strong knowledge of S-parameters and both time-domain and frequency-domain analysis
• Hands-on experience with high-speed test equipment (VNA, TDR, PNA, PXI)
• Basic knowledge of high-speed test boards and related hardware
• Experience with MATLAB programming for data processing and analysis
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good command of English
• Experience with high-speed cable, connector, or backplane products is preferred
