Job Description:

• Develop long-term and short-term plans, balancing supply and demand to optimize operational efficiency.
• Monitor and control production plans of sewing lines to ensure production is executed according to schedule and meets committed delivery deadlines.
• Oversee raw material and accessories import planning to ensure adequate storage capacity and timely supply for production needs.
• Manage and train team members to ensure they meet required professional knowledge and skill standards.
• Handle and resolve issues arising during production related to production planning and order obstacles.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Management, Textile and Garment, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong data analysis skills.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Dynamic, decisive, and proactive.
• At least 3 years of experience in an equivalent position.
