POSITION: DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF SALES DEPARTMENT
MEDICAL EQUIPMENT & CONSUMABLES

1. Job Description
-
Define and implement mid- to long-term business strategies for the medical equipment and medical consumables segment.

Take full responsibility for overall business performance, including revenue, profit, and operational efficiency.

Analyze the market, competitors, and industry trends to propose practical and sustainable growth strategies.

Build and maintain strategic relationships with hospitals, clinics, distributors, and domestic and international manufacturers.

Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to establish a strong foundation for long-term growth.

Manage and oversee all activities related to tendering, contract negotiation, signing, and execution for medical equipment and consumables.

Work closely with technical, after-sales, and legal teams to ensure service quality and corporate credibility.

Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and medical events.

Report directly to the Board of Management on business results and strategic improvement proposals.
2. Requirements

Bachelors degree or higher in Medicine/Pharmacy, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent; background in medical equipment and consumables is strongly preferred.

Experience requirements:

At least 02 years in an equivalent senior management role (Deputy Sales Director / Sales Director / Industry Manager), or

At least 05 years as a Sales Manager/Head of Sales in the medical equipment sector.

Proven track record in:

Market development
-
Distribution system establishment

Hospital tendering processes

Strong understanding of the legal and regulatory framework related to medical tendering, importation, and distribution.

Demonstrated strategic mindset, leadership capability, and ability to work with senior-level partners and stakeholders.

Foreign language proficiency (English/Japanese) is an advantage but not mandatory.

A strong network within the healthcare industry, especially with major hospitals, is a significant plus.
