Position: Technical Proposal Engineer

Salary Range: VND ~ 35mil

RESPONSIBILITIES:

You are

A proactive and organized professional who enjoys supporting a dynamic commercial team. You are service-minded, accurate, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You will be part of our sales team with a wide variety of tasks and will help manage incoming inquiries, calculations and specifications from our clients worldwide. You will work closely with both our engineering and sales teams to prepare the proposals, review specifications, and help shape the best offer for our clients. It is not just deep tech: Your strength lies in understanding the essentials, identifying what's important, and transforming that into solid, professional documentation. You will be stationed in our office in Ho Chi Minh, but you will be working together with our sales team in The Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities

Your work mainly consists of

• Review and interpret customer requests and technical specifications
• Work out practical and feasible technical solutions
• Make calculations based on client specifications
• Prepare clear and structured quotations
• Provide technical documentation to support proposals
• Assist the sales team with technical insight during the sales process

REQUIREMENTS:

• A completed technical degree
• Affinity with reading and interpreting specifications and drawings
• Experience in the maritime industry
• Some experience with technical quotations and calculations
• Clear communicatorespecially when it comes to simplifying technical matter
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
• Independent, structured, and detail-oriented
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus

Working Conditions:

- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM 5:30 PM)

- 13th-month salary (fixed), 15 days of annual leave.

- Social Insurance on gross salary.

- Outstanding staff will be invited to visit the company at its headquarters in the Netherlands.
