Learning Solutions Manager (B2B / Technology Training)

 Job Description:

Learning Solutions Manager 

Location: Dong Da District, Hanoi

1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Solution Consulting & Pre-sales (40%)

  • Act as the lead technical and solution consultant for key corporate (B2B) training projects.

  • Analyze clients business objectives and assess their current technology competency and capability gaps.

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to develop proposals, deliver solution presentations, and defend training solutions to clients leadership teams and IT stakeholders.

B. Learning Architecture & Program Design (40%)

  • Design comprehensive learning paths and detailed training frameworks aligned with clients digital transformation goals and emerging technology trends.

  • Integrate diverse learning resources (global vendor-certified programs, industry-specific training, hands-on practical modules) to deliver end-to-end, high-impact learning solutions.

  • Work directly with a network of local and international Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop course content and instructional scenarios tailored to different learner profiles.

C. Product Capability Development & Market Research (20%)

  • Continuously update knowledge on global technology trends, including Cloud Computing, AI/ML, Big Data, Cybersecurity, Blockchain, etc., from leading technology providers such as Microsoft, AWS, Google, and IBM.

  • Research local market demands and propose new training topics and programs, ensuring the company remains ahead of market needs and technology adoption trends.

2. REQUIREMENTS

Experience & Knowledge

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in roles such as Business Development Manager (BDM), Technical Pre-sales, IT Consultant, or Training / Technology Management positions in large organizations.

  • Strong understanding of the IT ecosystem, including Infrastructure, Cloud, DevSecOps, and Data platforms.

  • Good knowledge of global technology vendors certification systems and training portfolios.

  • Solid domain knowledge in industries such as Banking, Finance, Telecommunications, Manufacturing is a strong advantage.

Skills

  • Consultative mindset: Ability to listen, analyze client challenges, and deliver persuasive, value-driven solutions rather than standard products.

  • Communication & Presentation skills: Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to work with C-level executives and senior leaders.

  • English: Upper-intermediate level or above.
