Performance Marketing Manager (Healthcare/50mil gross/Hanoi)

1. JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for developing and executing data-driven Performance Marketing strategies, optimizing the entire customer journey from Lead to Revenue, ensuring sustainable and effective business growth.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

2.1 Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies (Facebook, Google, TikTok, Website, CRM).

  • Optimize the full conversion funnel:
    Lead Appointment Visit Treatment Revenue

  • Take ownership of key KPIs: Revenue, CPL, Conversion Rate, CAC, ROAS.

2.2 Execution & Performance Optimization

  • Plan and manage monthly/quarterly campaigns.

  • Conduct A/B testing on content, landing pages, and advertising messages.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams to improve actual conversion rates.

  • Design service packages and promotional programs to drive conversion performance.

2.3 Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze customer data and monitor channel performance.

  • Build dashboards to measure funnel performance and budget efficiency.

  • Report performance and propose optimization solutions to the Board of Directors (BOD).

3. REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years of Marketing experience, including at least 3 years in Healthcare/Clinic/Aesthetic industry.

  • Proven hands-on experience in revenue-driven Performance Marketing.

  • Strong analytical mindset with solid understanding of customer journey.

  • Proactive, KPI-driven, and able to collaborate effectively across departments.
