Job Description:
SENIOR PURCHASING OFFICER
I/ Job Description:
- Handle domestic and international purchasing to meet production needs.
- Work with the parent company overseas to find suppliers.
- Search for potential suppliers and negotiate purchasing terms: price, delivery, payment, warranty, etc.
- Implement cost reduction activities such as VA/VE, localization planning.
- Monitor supplier performance and evaluate suppliers (if necessary).
- Establish and monitor departmental KPIs.
- Train new employees and perform other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
II/ Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in economics or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Good communication skills in Japanese or English are required.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills; in-depth knowledge of purchasing terms and trade terms.
- Male/Female, age 30 and above.
III/ Benefits:
- Salary from VND 15,000,000 to VND 20,000,000.
- Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday + 2 Saturdays/month.
- 13 months' salary, 12 days of annual leave, social insurance contributions based on total salary.
- 100% salary during probation, social insurance and health insurance contributions.
- 24-hour health insurance coverage.
- Transportation provided from Hanoi to the factory.
