 Job Description:

SENIOR PURCHASING OFFICER

I/ Job Description:

  • Handle domestic and international purchasing to meet production needs.
  • Work with the parent company overseas to find suppliers.
  • Search for potential suppliers and negotiate purchasing terms: price, delivery, payment, warranty, etc.
  • Implement cost reduction activities such as VA/VE, localization planning.
  • Monitor supplier performance and evaluate suppliers (if necessary).
  • Establish and monitor departmental KPIs.
  • Train new employees and perform other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.

II/ Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in economics or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Good communication skills in Japanese or English are required.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills; in-depth knowledge of purchasing terms and trade terms.
  • Male/Female, age 30 and above.

III/ Benefits:

  • Salary from VND 15,000,000 to VND 20,000,000.
  • Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday + 2 Saturdays/month.
  • 13 months' salary, 12 days of annual leave, social insurance contributions based on total salary.
  • 100% salary during probation, social insurance and health insurance contributions.
  • 24-hour health insurance coverage.
  • Transportation provided from Hanoi to the factory.
