CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER 

Location: Hanoi

Role Objective

Lead the marketing function to deliver revenue growth by achieving sales targets within the approved budget, while maintaining or exceeding standard SaaS industry conversion benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and standardize marketing frameworks, including processes, policies, guidelines, and shared tools to ensure consistency and optimize performance across all activities.
  • Continuously explore and analyze emerging marketing trends (channels, content strategies, tools, and technologies), and drive knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Collaborate in building and executing marketing strategies tailored to different customer segments and business goals.
  • Design, manage, and optimize the end-to-end customer journey to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing large-scale digital marketing budgets (minimum VND 50 billion) with demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding standard conversion rates in the SaaS industry.
  • Strong leadership experience, with the ability to manage and scale teams of at least 20 members.
  • Solid background in the software/SaaS industry.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends, tools, and technologies, with the ability to apply them effectively in practice.
  • Proficient in English, with strong communication and reading comprehension skills.
