Sales Planning Specialist (Senior/ VRF) - Hanoi
Job Description:
Role Overview:
The Sales Planning Specialist is responsible for analyzing, developing strategic plans for product categories, and monitoring implementation to ensure the company's sales targets are achieved.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor business performance; perform reporting and data analysis on revenue, products, markets, and customers.
- Research and analyze market and competitors, thereby develop strategic policies for the VRF product line: pricing policy, discount policy, promotion policy.
- Collaborate with other departments to carry out general company tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Preference given to candidates with a university degree or higher in the field of HVAC.
- At least 5 years of experience in a sales position at the following brands (or their agents/distributors): Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Panasonic, Samsung, LG Electronics, Toshiba Carrier, Hitachi, etc.
- Good understanding of the HVAC market; priority given to candidates who already have a local customer network.
- Priority given to candidates with good English/Chinese communication skills.
- Honest, agile, responsible, able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
