Sales Planning Specialist (Senior/ VRF) - Hanoi

 Job Description:

Role Overview:
The Sales Planning Specialist is responsible for analyzing, developing strategic plans for product categories, and monitoring implementation to ensure the company's sales targets are achieved.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Monitor business performance; perform reporting and data analysis on revenue, products, markets, and customers.
  2. Research and analyze market and competitors, thereby develop strategic policies for the VRF product line: pricing policy, discount policy, promotion policy.
  3. Collaborate with other departments to carry out general company tasks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. Preference given to candidates with a university degree or higher in the field of HVAC.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in a sales position at the following brands (or their agents/distributors): Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Panasonic, Samsung, LG Electronics, Toshiba Carrier, Hitachi, etc.
  3. Good understanding of the HVAC market; priority given to candidates who already have a local customer network.
  4. Priority given to candidates with good English/Chinese communication skills.
  5. Honest, agile, responsible, able to work under pressure.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
