HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR (HRD/CHRO)

 Job Description:

Our client, a leading technology company in Vietnam, is seeking an experienced HRD to lead and transform its human resources function. The company operates at scale, serving hundreds of thousands of enterprises, government agencies, and business households, and is now entering a new phase of growth powered by AI and digital transformation.

I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic HR Planning

  • Formulate the company's workforce strategy and development plans aligned with business goals.
  • Design and oversee HR governance and talent development strategies, monitoring execution to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Build HR systems, policies, processes, and operational tools to ensure effective workforce management.

Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partnership

  • Implement talent attraction strategies to secure high‑quality human resources; directly participate in recruiting for senior‑level positions.
  • Drive HRBP activities to ensure workforce stability and productivity; approve critical HR solutions and directly handle senior‑level employee relations matters.
  • Identify and develop succession pipelines to meet the organization's quantity and quality requirements.

Learning & Development

  • Deploy workforce development plans by creating training materials, programs, and schedules; evaluate training effectiveness to enhance team capabilities and improve productivity.

Compensation & Benefits

HR Operations, Risk & Digitalization

  • Oversee and manage risks related to HR services; digitize operational processes; ensure effective HR data governance and compliance with labor laws.
  • Manage HR operations nationwide, ensuring accurate and timely data and reporting; provide strategic HR advice to the Board of Directors and executive leadership.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and organize recruitment, training, performance evaluation, engagement, and development activities for the HR team across the country.
  • Build a high‑performing HR function that supports business decisions with reliable data and insights.

II. REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HRD (Human Resources Director) or CHRO in enterprises or corporations of comparable scale.
  • Deep expertise in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities, strategic thinking, and research ability.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate clearly and inspire others.
  • Proficient in using AI tools to support HR operations and decision‑making.
  • Graduated from an overseas university (preferred).
